Job Summary
Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Systems Analyst responsible for configuring and optimizing SAP PM processes (including work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, master data, and asset lifecycle management) in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. Lead support for SAP Fiori and mobile maintenance applications (EquipStore, EquipCheck 2.0); troubleshoot synchronization and device compatibility; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations, APIs, and testing, deployments, and post-production activities. Travel up to 20% across North America for site implementations, go-lives, and ongoing operational support; role is based in Irving, TX with a hybrid work schedule. "WHILE supporting SAP transformation initiatives (STEP, S/4HANA migration), train users and provide ongoing support."
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) configuration experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Strong expertise configuring and optimizing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, including maintenance and asset management
- Experience supporting SAP Fiori and mobile maintenance solutions, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical and user experience issues
- Ability to work independently in support and project environments, with adaptability to travel and support implementation activities
- Effective communicator with the ability to train users and support operational teams
