Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst - R2R

Job Summary
Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP R2R processes while performing FIT-GAP analysis to recommend process improvements. Configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP R2R modules, then collaborate with business users, developers, and technology teams to resolve system issues. Support system integration, functional testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing by developing test scripts, use cases, and cut-over plans. Coordinate with cross-functional ERP teams including Change Management, Data, Application Development, and System Integrators to maintain documentation and train super users. Monitor industry trends, SAP best practices, and regulatory changes related to R2R processes while providing project planning, risk management, and progress tracking. Requires 7+ years of SAP R2R experience in manufacturing environments with S/4HANA Cloud knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience supporting SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Master Data Management
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, testing, training, and system integration
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Willingness to travel as required
