Job Summary
Lead SAP HCM Payroll Consultant on implementation and support projects for SAP HCM PY and Employee Central Payroll. Advise clients on technical and process mapping of payroll, guiding transformations of entitlement accounting into the cloud. Deepen expertise in ECP or leverage existing knowledge to address evolving customer requirements and digitalization of payroll processes. In selected projects, assume partial project leadership. Maintain high result and customer orientation while supporting continuous development through individual plans and training. Work in a collaborative team environment with flexible schedules and extensive remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP HCM mit Schwerpunkt Payroll
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Entgeltabrechnung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Schemen und Regeln in der SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) sind ein plus
- Erfahrung in der Beratung oder Betreuung von Payroll-Prozessen und deren Digitalisierung
- Ausgeprägte Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude daran, Kund:innen auf die nächste Stufe der Digitalisierung zu begleiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein hohes Maß an Kollegialität
