Senior SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer (ABAP/Fiori)

Job Summary
Design, write, test, and maintain full-stack code for SAP HCM systems, focusing on frontend SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and backend ABAP/OData logic. Extend standard Fiori apps, configure launchpad tiles, and build OData services while developing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements for Payroll and Time Management modules. Perform debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting for system errors, applying technical adjustments to payroll code and wage type logic. Set up and monitor background jobs, prepare test scenarios, and manage deployments within an Agile/DevOps pipeline using Jira and Confluence. Occasional travel up to five times per year.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP software development
- Practical knowledge of SAPUI5
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript
- Experienced in OO-ABAP
- Experienced in OData Service Development
- Experienced in BAdIs
- Experienced in User Exits
- Experienced in BAPIs
- Technical understanding of database tables, clusters, and data models within SAP Personnel Administration (PA)
- Technical understanding of database tables, clusters, and data models within SAP Organizational Management (OM)
- Technical understanding of database tables, clusters, and data models within SAP Payroll (PY)
- Technical understanding of database tables, clusters, and data models within SAP Time Management (TM)
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Occasional travel (up to 5 times per year)
Desired Qualifications
- Functional knowledge in some of these SAP HCM modules is an advantage
- Practical experience using Jira and Confluence within an Agile/BizDevOps team setup
- SAP certifications in ABAP or SAP Fiori/UI5 Development
- Experience building integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or SuccessFactors APIs
- German language skills (working proficiency)
