Job Summary
Lead SAP EAM design and configuration activities, acting as the functional design authority for enhancements, projects, and roadmap initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective SAP solutions, while providing oversight of BAU support for Plant Maintenance modules including equipment master data, maintenance plans, work orders, and task lists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions, drive continuous improvement in asset management processes, and deliver training for user adoption. Configure SAP security design and controls, occasionally travel to regional mine sites to engage directly with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to support business transformation across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years' experience working with SAP S/4HANA EAM
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Asset Management, or a related field
- Experience leading SAP enhancement pipelines, project delivery and change initiatives
- A solid understanding of SAP security design and governance processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues and deliver practical solutions
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within the mining industry will be highly advantageous
- To be considered for this position you must have the right to work in Australia
- Brisbane CBD based office – some site travel required
