Job Summary
Senior SAP FI Consultant responsible for maintaining, designing and implementing financial IT solutions within SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. Lead SAP customizing, system parametrisation, and IT business analysis across Lease Accounting (RE-FX), AR, AP, and related interfaces. Translate business requirements into functional designs, collaborate with ABAP developers, support incident handling and quarterly close, and contribute to end-to-end delivery from concept to production. Must have strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills; base Slovakia salary range €3,200-€5,300 per month with performance-based variable compensation; hybrid work arrangement in Bratislava with a globally distributed team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance or related Business field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience within SAP FI and SAP customizing
