Job Summary
Partner with Finance Leadership and Business Process Owners to align SAP solutions with business strategy, identify process improvement opportunities, and support demand intake and roadmap planning. Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for end-to-end SAP Finance (RTR) architecture, defining scalable designs leveraging New GL and S/4HANA capabilities. Provide architectural oversight across development, configuration, and deployment, while planning and overseeing testing activities aligned with Bosch release standards. Ensure smooth transition to support teams, drive finance process standardization, and identify automation opportunities for continuous evolution. This role operates across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, working closely with business stakeholders, finance leadership, and global IT teams to support Bosch's ongoing digital transformation and finance process excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- SAP R2R (Record-to-Report) experience, including full lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or rollouts
- SAP FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- SAP CO: Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- SAP S/4HANA Finance and New GL, including financial closing processes (month-end, year-end), multi-currency, and statutory reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Warranty Management, including claims processing, accruals, and financial settlement
- Understanding of aftermarket/service processes with revenue recognition, contract billing, and deferred revenue concepts
- Exposure to profitability analysis (COPA) and integration with FI-AR/GL for financial visibility across service and spare parts
- Experience with Asset Accounting (FI-AA) and WBS (Project Systems), including capitalization, settlement, and integration with R2R
- Strong integration across enterprise value streams: Manufacturing (PP): production accounting, WIP, variance calculation, and settlement to FI/CO
- Procurement (MM/P2P): procure-to-pay cycle, invoice verification, GR/IR reconciliation, and supplier accounting
- Order-to-Cash (O2C): pricing, billing, revenue recognition, and receivables integration with FI
- Knowledge of global taxation, localization, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with SAP and non-SAP system integrations, including APIs and third-party finance applications
- Exposure to data migration and transformation tools (SLT/SLO) and financial consolidation solutions (e.g., HFM)
- Ability to design and govern end-to-end integration across O2C, P2P, P2F, and manufacturing value streams, ensuring alignment with R2R processes for accurate financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness
