Job Summary
Senior SAP EWM Consultant responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operations of the SAP Extended Warehouse Management environment. Coordinates internal service staff and external partners, performs system customization and incident/service request handling, and supports testing and deployment of updates. Works within a hybrid model in Kraków, collaborating across international projects with a focus on maintaining high service quality and operational stability.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, or similar
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Customizing experience within SAP EWM (template-based)
- Experience in application management, IT service operations, or similar operational support roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills; experience in international environments is a plus
- Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and operational tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- ABAP/4, ABAP/OO, SAP UI5 development exposure
- Knowledge of warehouse management processes and operational logistics environments
- Testing activities and implementation of system updates and changes
