Job Summary
Senior SAP Application Support Analyst responsible for Level 1-2 SAP support across SD, MM and FI modules, acting as the bridge between business users and SAP technical teams. Role involves ensuring IDOCs are cleared, training users on correct procedures, documenting business requirements (As-Is/To-Be), developing functional specifications, coordinating testing (UAT), and supporting project/change requests. Work from PVH head office in Sydney with a hybrid, 14-month fixed-term contract, covering SAP ECC6, BW & XI middleware, and maintaining SAP application stability across the SD, MM and FI areas. Strong communication, process-mapping, and collaboration with internal/external teams are required; ABAP skills and BW experience are advantageous. The role supports SAP SD, MM & FI, and may involve coordinating with third-party service providers and training end users.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintaining configuration and support of SAP SD, MM & FI modules
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or business experience in a similar function

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- SAP AFS experience (preferable)
- ABAP skills (advantageous)
- BW application (advantageous)
