Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Technical Architect at Crowe leads the design and delivery of high-performance Salesforce solutions for clients, guiding technical scope, architecture, and integration across systems. You will manage multi-project delivery, lead technical design sessions, write technical design documents, and collaborate with clients, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to translate requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce-based architectures. Proficient in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, APIs, and related technologies; involvement in SDLC governance, deployment, and hands-on technical mentorship; travel up to 20% and remote-ready within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with the last 2+ years as a Technical Architect
- Consulting experience in a client-facing role
- Expert level understanding of the Force.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku) with functional knowledge of the entire product suite
- Experience developing System Architecture Design Documents, Integration Flows, UI mock-ups and wireframes
- Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect strongly preferred) or equivalent experience
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree
