Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for defining end-to-end Salesforce designs aligned with business objectives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Lead multi-cloud Salesforce solution design, guide CRM strategy with senior stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, and ensure alignment between processes, customer experience, and platform capabilities. Mentor delivery teams, support pre-sales and proposal development, and collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure successful execution. Emphasis on driving transformation and measurable impact across complex environments; experience with B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud, and AI-driven capabilities like Agentforce is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments
- Strong functional and solution design expertise across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRM processes, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication skills, bridging business and technical teams
- Consulting mindset: structured thinking, stakeholder management, value-driven delivery
- Experience mentoring teams and leading solution design across projects
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect or equivalent)
