Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for nonprofit and healthcare philanthropy across Attain Digital service lines. Responsibilities include architecture design, governance, integration strategy, pre-sales support, mentoring of architects and administrators, collaboration with cross-functional teams (Salesforce, Workday, Data & Analytics, ERP, Strategy), and building scalable, secure, high-quality client solutions. The role involves defining requirements, evaluating solution options, driving security and performance governance, and contributing to practice development and partner relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience; Salesforce certifications are preferred. Salary range: $175,000–$195,000 USD with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including architecture and technical leadership roles
- Deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, including solution design, integrations, security, data architecture, and governance
- Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations involving multiple clouds, complex business processes, and third-party integrations
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
- Experience leading technical solutioning, proposal development, and pre-sales activities
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture principles, and cloud-based technologies
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and lead architecture best practices across multiple engagements
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
- Experience supporting Higher Education, Nonprofit, Public Sector, or Professional Services organizations is preferred
