Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing technology solutions across multiple areas to support business objectives, delivering secure, scalable Salesforce-based products, shaping software strategy for new features, and driving Salesforce enhancements. Responsibilities include design analysis, integration and verification testing for integrated builds, building integrations between Salesforce and internal systems to automate business processes, and customizing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions. The role follows a Hybrid Work Policy with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, and requires reporting to the listed local office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
- Five (5) years of experience in Salesforce roles (e.g., Salesforce Enterprise Architect, Engineering Lead, Senior Developer, Developer)
- Experience with Force.com (APEX, Lightning Web Components)
- JavaScript (ES6) and ReactJS
- Designing and developing large-scale technology solutions involving Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
- Object Oriented (OO) design patterns
- SOQL and SOSL, Salesforce security model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, and Force.com offerings
- Salesforce Lightning UI design
- User-based security models
- Database concepts and data modeling
- Data migration design and execution
- Modeling and architecture of applications
- Automated testing (unit and functional)
- Web Services (SOAP and REST)
- System migrations
- Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
