Senior Salesforce MultiCloud Developer

Job Summary
Lead the development, customization, and architectural design of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Loyalty, Marketing, and Agentforce clouds. Execute comprehensive testing plans, perform unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to validate functionality and reliability. Architect scalable, maintainable solutions that integrate with external systems while optimizing performance and ensuring data consistency. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions within an Agile delivery team to tackle complex technical issues and implement robust integration patterns. Mentor and line-manage junior developers, guiding their performance, development, and career growth while promoting best practices in coding and continuous integration.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 6 + years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proven track record across Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities such as Agentforce
- At least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- 6+ years of experience with JavaScript
- Experience building scalable, maintainable Salesforce Flow solutions
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, Middleware, Platform Events and other integration tools
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Tooling and Metadata
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce integrations and customizations
- Strong foundation in CRM principles, data modelling, and software architecture
- Salesforce Developer Certification, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator and any relevant advanced certifications
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Salesforce DX
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience mentoring developers
- Previous experience line-managing, including supporting performance, development, and career growth
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI, Agentforce and automation solutions using technologies such as Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Agent Script, Claude, APIs and workflow automation tools
- Additional Salesforce certifications related to specific clouds (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant etc)
- Experience with Loyalty Management, Salesforce Voice, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and/or Amazon Connect
