Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

Job Summary
Design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including application customizations and third-party integrations within a Government Cloud environment. Analyze system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs, then convert logical designs into efficient program code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. Collaborate with the Health Cloud Administrator to support system modifications, optimize data integration, and monitor critical workflows while serving as a technical resource for entry-level developers. Develop test plans, conduct unit and system testing, review defect logs, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality. Prepare system design documents, technical reports, and change control documentation while adhering to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines. Perform on-call support duties as needed, with occasional weekend or evening work for deployments.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (with coursework in programming and database systems), or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of general application development and support experience
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience
- Hands-on development experience within a Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus environment
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD processes
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOAP, and REST APIs
- Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira
- Must reside and work in one of the following eligible states/territories: AK, AR, AZ, CO, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA/DC, WA, WI, WY
- Must be able to perform on-call support duties
- Occasional weekend or evening work availability

- 7+ years of general application development and support experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Hands-on experience with the Aura framework
- Hands-on experience with OmniScript
- Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical teams and business stakeholders
