Job Summary
Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic resources like flows, validations, and Lightning components. Develop, test, and maintain integrations and data migration elements while executing test plans and participating in code reviews. Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, security setup, and sharing rules. Administer standard and custom fields across integrations, analyze database issues, and troubleshoot problems. Envision and deploy tools to streamline processes and improve key metrics. Assist in training rollouts and mentor junior functional resources. Keep up to date on new Salesforce features. Work with product owners to translate needs into user stories within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce certified professional
- minimum of five years of Salesforce functional experience
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories
- Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile
- Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities
- Has experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources
- Must have a BA/BS degree
- Must be on camera during interviews and assessments
