Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Engineer needed to serve as the sole technical owner of the Salesforce platform, overseeing CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud across global teams. Responsibilities include owning technical health and architecture, leading CPQ development and integrations (Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP), administering users and security, managing sandboxes and release cycles, supporting cross-cloud workloads, and driving data quality and governance. The role requires independent operation, backlog leadership, and collaboration with Sales Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Preferred certifications and SaaS/financial services background are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience spanning both development and administration, with at least 2 years supporting production CPQ
- Strong Apex and SOQL development experience
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce administration experience including user management, security model, flows, validation rules, and reporting
- Experience designing and building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools
- Ability to operate autonomously, scope own work, and lead technical decisions
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration and development
- Working knowledge of Salesforce governance, security model, and release management best practices
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
