Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Engineer responsible for designing scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. Own end-to-end design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and security, and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Provide solution architecture guidance to projects, collaborate with Enterprise Architects and product owners to develop architecture patterns for Salesforce initiatives, and lead technical leadership for onshore/offshore resources including contractors and FTEs. Responsibilities include conducting code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions; driving adoption of best practices and reusable frameworks; and delivering IT solutions that support enterprise goals. Requirements include 8-12 years Salesforce experience, expertise in Apex/LWC, and extensive Salesforce implementation experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MCAE, and Apttus CLM; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; and strong experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise-scale deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce implementation
- Strong expertise in Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement / Pardot
- Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
- Implementation experience of Agentforce on the business use cases
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong technical experience working on large SFDC implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MCAE and Apttus CLM
- Experience leading or mentoring teams and conducting code/design reviews
