Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) with Apex, LWC, Visualforce; design and implement Agentic AI workflows for autonomous, goal-driven processes; integrate AI/ML models (Einstein GPT, external LLMs) with Salesforce to drive predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making; provide technical leadership, code reviews, SDLC best practices, and governance; collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications; manage deployments and maintain platform health, security, and governance; stay current with Salesforce features and AI/Agentic tech and drive continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- At least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role
- Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Architect (Certified Application or System Architect) highly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
- Deep understanding of Governor Limits and enterprise architecture patterns
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)
- Experience developing or integrating AI-driven features within Salesforce ecosystem
