Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and asynchronous frameworks. Lead technical architecture for Experience Cloud implementations and architect REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce with enterprise ERPs and data warehouses. Re-engineer legacy processes and implement modern AI solutions, including Agentforce and LLM pipelines, to automate support and sales workflows. Enforce CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review standards while providing escalation-level production support for complex Apex exceptions and data flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical roadmaps and mitigate execution risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Deep expertise in Apex
- Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Deep expertise in Visualforce
- Deep expertise in Triggers
- Deep expertise in enterprise Flow architecture
- Proven track record designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Experience with custom LWC portal components
- Experience with complex community security/sharing models
- Practical exposure to or working familiarity with Salesforce AI features (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein tools, or Prompt Builder)
- Basic experience connecting AI services/LLMs via APIs into Salesforce
- Experience leveraging modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) in daily developer workflows
- Experience building web service integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Experience managing data migrations/ETL tools
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and architectural design skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business leaders
