Job Summary
Lead technical architecture and development for the Salesforce CRM squad, driving strategic projects across two independent organizations. Pilot technical choices regarding scalability, performance, and governance while developing new features using Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations. Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing, enforce best practices like design patterns and code reviews, and industrialize deployments via CI/CD pipelines. Mentor junior developers, facilitate technical rituals such as code reviews and post-mortems, and act as the primary technical liaison for third-party tool interconnections. Collaborate closely with product managers, infrastructure teams, and business units to align solutions with Chapter standards.
