Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Developer to scale and evolve GTM systems and business operations. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third party systems. Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, automation). Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Maintain data architecture, security, sharing rules, and governance. Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, data platforms). Drive platform optimization, debt reduction, and continuous improvement. Own DevOps and release management lifecycle with Gearset, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and documentation. Provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives and manage AI offerings. Thrive in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft
- Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies preferred
