Job Summary
Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with client goals while leading agile project teams and guiding sprint planning sessions. Optimize Salesforce setups through advanced flows and integrations, conduct data migrations with a strong focus on integrity, and collaborate with clients on business process mapping and issue resolution. Mentor junior consultants to ensure best practices are followed throughout implementation. This role requires Salesforce Administrator certification and experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud, plus proficiency in Tableau or Einstein Analytics. Candidates based in Ukraine or LATAM will work in shifted hours aligned with those time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Deep understanding of complex data models and scalable automation
- Hands-on experience with client workshops, PoCs, and effort estimations
- Proficiency in advanced reporting with Tableau and/or Einstein Analytics
- Shifted working hours aligned with LATAM time zones
