Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary
Serve as the central point of contact between ITBP, business teams, and the Salesforce Centre of Excellence for all CRM-related initiatives. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritise requirements, support solution design, configuration, and testing phases, and maintain documentation for audits and data integrity. Drive continuous improvement through automation, optimisation, and adoption of new Salesforce features while providing training and knowledge-sharing for end-users. This role requires working in shifts (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) depending on global project alignment, with reliance on shifts expected to reduce as automation increases.
Required Qualifications
- Min 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- at least 2-3 years focused on Salesforce CRM
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with integration concepts
- data migration best practices
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies

Desired Qualifications
- ideally MCAE and/or Net Zero Cloud
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator and/or Business Analyst preferred)
