Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst for enterprise Salesforce initiatives in higher education and government sectors. Lead discovery workshops, translate needs into user stories and specifications, collaborate with Architects, Developers, and Platform Teams, drive automation and digital transformation, design workflows, demonstrate Salesforce capabilities, manage agile delivery, and stay current with Salesforce releases.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience: 7+ years of experience leading discovery workshops and documenting business requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Experience creating business process maps, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and CRM best practices
- Experience maintaining documentation, requirements traceability, and system design artifacts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
