Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and execute patches to maintain optimal Salesforce functionality. Perform regular data audits, manage migrations, and configure roles and permissions to ensure data integrity and security. Partner with business leaders to identify bottlenecks, automate core workflows using Flow, and implement AI-driven solutions for operational efficiency. Oversee sandbox environments, manage seasonal upgrades, and lead impact analysis for platform releases. Serve as the first line of support, resolving user errors and delivering training materials to empower end-users across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Deep experience supporting complex revenue and services operations with a solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist)
- Strong working knowledge of Flow, Custom Objects, Record Types, Reports, and Dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to manage system security, profiles, permission sets, and change control processes
- Strong experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange packages
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) supporting Professional Services Automation (PSA) and/or ERP workflows
- Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist certification (major plus)
- A passion for efficiency, ensuring processes work well together to streamline commercial operations
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex system issues independently
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and system capabilities
- A self-starter willing to dig into new concepts, make recommendations with limited information, and adapt to emerging technologies (AI/Automation)
