Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Administrator for Experience Cloud portals responsible for configuring and governing Experience Cloud sites, user access and authentication, data visibility, external user management, and integration coordination within an Agile/Scrum environment. Responsibilities include building in Experience Builder, Flows, validation rules; managing portal user registration, roles, sharing, and access; enabling service features through Experience Cloud (Cases, Knowledge, self-service); collaborating with developers, QA, and DevOps; ensuring security/compliance and performance; supporting data management, releases, and documentation; promoting low-code/no-code best practices and reusable configurations across portal solutions. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years with Salesforce and Experience Cloud, and strong knowledge of security, access models, and ALM. Describes location Jaipur, India (and mentions Gurugram, India) with on-site requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, strong Experience Cloud administration
- Experience with Experience Cloud portals, user access models, sharing, branding
- Experience exposing Service Cloud features through Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approvals)
- Experience managing security and access for internal and external users
- Experience with Salesforce ALM (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
