Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Administrator owning the Salesforce platform across a multi-channel sales organization. Architect scalable solutions with hands-on development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, integrations) to optimize sales pipeline velocity, marketing automation, and customer service workflows. Responsible for user accounts, security, CPQ configuration, data governance, data quality, and governance across integrations (ERP, marketing automation, BI). Drives reporting accuracy, dashboards, and adoption, manages releases and deployments, and delivers training and support to stakeholders. Experience with MuleSoft/Workato integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, data migrations, and governance for scalable Salesforce solutions. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, maintain data integrity, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of Salesforce Administration or related CRM experience
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist — Manage and configure products, pricing rules, quote templates, discount schedules, and approval workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and third-party integrations
- Proficiency in creating workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to effectively prioritize competing requests, while keeping lines of communication
