Job Summary
Senior Sales Specialist in Oncology (Solid Tumor) responsible for achieving territory sales targets through strategic planning, execution of product sales strategies, and ongoing customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing and communicating 90-day territory plans, gathering market intelligence, delivering compelling product knowledge and promotion messages, conducting presentations and market research activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. The role emphasizes professional selling skills, territory management, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct. Requires oncology/solid tumor experience, ability to identify new business opportunities, and experience in detailing and customer segmentation to support sales goals.
