Senior Sales Specialist

Senior Sales Specialist for Dow Consumer Solution focusing on Building and Infrastructure in Sub-Saharan Africa. Responsibilities include exploring new opportunities directly with customers or distributors, maintaining and expanding the account portfolio, understanding customer needs to differentiate Dow, identifying new product development opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships across multiple organizational levels, executing the sales/marketing plan to deliver volume and value, developing sales forecasts in coordination with Product Lines and Supply Chain, and negotiating price strategies in alignment with business goals. The role requires collaboration with other functions to deliver Customer Experience results, and involves travel up to 50%. Relocation assistance is not available. A valid driver’s license is required. Languages: English is required; French is a plus. Dow expects flexibility with international time zones and supports a diverse, inclusive workplace.
