Job Summary
Senior Sales Specialist responsible for executing sales activities across a broad Ontario region, building retailer relationships with designated retail, hospitality and vending accounts, managing inventory of instant tickets at vending sites, analyzing sales trends, and developing channel strategies to achieve sales targets. Requires post-secondary education, 5+ years of sales lifecycle experience, account management and issue resolution skills, ability to travel within Ontario, and a valid Ontario driver’s license. Preference given to candidates residing within the Brantford territory.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience across the sales lifecycle including prospecting, need identification, qualification, negotiation, upselling and cross selling
- field level experience in account management and issue resolution
- Knowledge of sales management tools and techniques, key account management, demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, product allocations, channel management, inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), GeoMapping and CRM
- ability to travel frequently (sometimes overnight) within Ontario
