Job Summary

Senior Sales Specialist for Autodesk Operations Solutions responsible for growing the Autodesk Tandem and Operations Solutions business within assigned territories. Lead customer engagements and product demonstrations, apply value-based selling to articulate measurable solutions, qualify and pursue new inbound leads while upselling and cross-selling within existing Autodesk customers, and collaborate with Customer Success, marketing, solution partners, and product teams to translate customer challenges into Tandem-enabled solutions. Travel to customer sites and participate in executive briefings, trade shows, and events as needed. Demonstrate strong storytelling, forecasting, and CRM discipline to meet quarterly and annual targets, with experience selling SaaS to enterprise and mid-market segments and a track record of cross-functional collaboration and successful stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business or a related discipline
  • 5+ years experience selling SaaS technology to enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Ability to develop compelling presentations focused on customer value
  • Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
