Job Summary
Senior Sales Representative responsible for opening new and managing existing customer accounts in the Visayas Region across Traditional, Industrial, and Modern channels. Identify and convert end users to DeWalt and Stanley PWT to grow sales volume, build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and key customers, and execute the sales plan with regular reporting on performance, opportunities, and risks. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to assigned accounts, coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues (inquiries, orders, deliveries, invoicing, payments), manage all sales activities within the territory, continuously develop new accounts, and drive commitments and business solutions for clients. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Sales/Marketing experience in construction materials, with strong selling, negotiation, communication, and data-analytic/reporting skills. The role sits within Stanley Black & Decker’s global, tech-driven environment and emphasizes collaboration, market growth, and delivery of value to customers across the construction materials market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of experience specializing in Sales and Marketing of Construction Materials sold through Retail and End Users
- Results-driven, possesses initiative, organizes, and works independently
- Customer focused
- Strong selling skills, negotiation skills, and Communication skills
- Hands-on report writing and data analytics
