Senior Sales Representative - Pelvic Health - Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary
Drive Pelvic Health device sales to physicians, institutions, and payors by initiating strategic implanting centers and developing key referral networks. Serve as the primary account contact for assigned territory customers, managing account-level reimbursement and coordinating support activities with distribution alliances. Provide product and therapy technical support, including consultation on strategic management and trend analysis. Utilize Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans for territory development. This field-based role requires driving to multiple accounts throughout the Phoenix region with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience
- Associate's Degree
- 6+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Valid driver's license
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Ability to follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high quality work
Desired Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of the Reimbursement climate
- Experience calling on physicians in one or more of the following or related referral accounts – Neurology, Urology, Colo Rectal Surgeons
- Experience in developing new, innovative markets
- Experience in making multiple referral calls on a daily basis
- Familiarity with the O.R.
- Solid job skills in business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis
- Preferred knowledge of managed care
- Experience with Physiology/clinical therapies
- Experience with Implantable devices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
- Team oriented
- Conceptual/consultative sales skills
- Understanding of all quality policy/system items that are applicable
- Preference will be given to local qualified candidates
- Candidates with Medtronic experience
