Senior Sales Representative - Pelvic Health - Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary
Manage territory base business and growth by initiating, supporting, and developing strategic implanting centers while assisting in developing key referral networks. Act as the primary account and implanter relationship contact for assigned territory customers, handling account-level reimbursement responsibility and coordinating all support activities. Sell Pelvic Health devices to physicians, institutions, payors, and medical staff, partnering with strategic centers to develop practices through product and therapy technical support. Provide consultation on strategic management, analyze trends, and utilize Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans for territory development. Drive to multiple accounts throughout the region as a field-based position, requiring a valid driver's license and residing within the Phoenix, AZ territory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience
- Associate's Degree
- 6+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Valid driver's license
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Ability to follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high quality work
Desired Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of the Reimbursement climate
- Experience calling on physicians in one or more of the following or related referral accounts – Neurology, Urology, Colo Rectal Surgeons
- Experience in developing new, innovative markets
- Experience in making multiple referral calls on a daily basis
- Familiarity with the O.R.
- Solid job skills in business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis
- Preferred knowledge of managed care
- Experience with Physiology/clinical therapies
- Experience with Implantable devices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
- Team oriented
- Conceptual/consultative sales skills
- Understanding of all quality policy/system items that are applicable
- Preference will be given to local qualified candidates
- Candidates with Medtronic experience
