Job Summary
Senior Sales Operations Manager to shape and optimize our GTM engine. Lead end-to-end lead routing with LeanData, configure AI-enabled workflows, and administer core sales tools (Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo). Ensure data integrity across systems, support territory planning, quota tracking, and forecasting, and design how our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, sales engagement, enrichment, and AI tooling) fits together. Collaborate with Revenue Analytics to define dashboards and forecasting views, document processes, train reps on changes, and drive adoption. Role requires leveraging AI to automate or streamline processes, and partnering with Business Systems to deliver integrated solutions. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits; U.S. base salary range is $116,000–$145,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical/systems role
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level preferred), LeanData, and Outreach; experience with ZoomInfo, Ringlead, Gong considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills; ability to build reports and tell a data-driven story
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech environments preferred; private markets knowledge a plus but not required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator who can translate operational complexity into clear guidance for reps, partners, and leadership
- Self-starter capable of identifying problems and driving solutions without heavy direction
