Job Summary
Senior Sales Operations Manager responsible for optimizing and supporting GTM processes across complex government and enterprise sales cycles. Manages data integrity, tooling configurations (Salesforce, HubSpot, TechnoMile, ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach), and cross-functional projects; collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance to define system requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver actionable insights. Key activities include leading data analysis, automating complex deal structures and procurement workflows, supporting training and change management, and ensuring compliance and reporting through SFDC workflows and dashboards. Requires strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills; experience with government procurement and RFPs is preferred. Base salary range: $122,900 - $176,400 USD, plus benefits.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Business Systems, with experience with government clients
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com, including CPQ, data models, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience with government procurement processes, including RFPs
- Experience implementing and maintaining other sales tools such as Hubspot and TechnoMile
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but not required
- Experience with Channel-driven sales models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SOQL or SQL skills are an advantage
