Job Summary
Maintain data integrity by administering reviews of Salesforce data, executing bulk ingestion and edits, and implementing validation rules. Administer marketing automation tools including Pardot, cleanse and segment contact databases, and support regional teams in executing outbound campaigns. Analyze past direct marketing campaigns to recommend improvements and lead projects that help business development teams get more done with less work. Manage multiple projects in parallel while engaging stakeholders to coordinate data flows across systems. Create and maintain documentation on Salesforce and Pardot configurations, and develop reports to communicate project benefits. Work four days a week in the Toronto office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Familiarity with the Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Interest in and basic understanding of the financial services industry
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent quantitative skills with a desire to analyze everything
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Required four days a week in office
