Job Summary
Conduct daily quote approvals, extensions, and debit quantity adjustments for the high-performance analog business unit. Manage weekly sell-through checks, revenue status reviews, and product line forecasts to close sell-through gaps with Sales. Submit quarterly CM RFQ approvals and distribution package deal quote compliance checks. Follow up with Sales on large quotes and opportunities while collaborating with the San Jose Business Marketing team to secure new deals. Contribute to annual corporate planning and demand assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tactical marketing role with a semiconductor company
- Must have exceptional analytical skills
- Must have proficiency in MS excel
- Must have a track-record of success delivering, results-driven tactical marketing and demand planning exercises
- Must have experience developing demand assessments
- Must have experience qualifying and preparing pricing quotations
- Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Must have experience creating and making highly effective presentations to management
- Must have strong execution skills
- Must have a demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization
- Must have a high-performance orientation
- Must have a commitment to continuous improvement
- Must have excellent follow-through
- Must be Capable
- Must be willing to roll up his/her sleeves
