Job Summary
Senior Sales Operations Data Analyst to collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, support and sales operations to align and report data across systems through the lead-to-cash sales model; build models to forecast pipeline and bookings, create dashboards and reports, and present actionable insights to leadership. The role requires strong experience with Salesforce and Power BI, data manipulation and enrichment from multiple sources, and advanced Excel skills; candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in math, computer science, or finance and at least 5 years of analytics and reporting experience. Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and ability to work across teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in math, computer science or finance
- 5+ years of analytics and reporting experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Power BI
- General knowledge of querying data, relational databases and formula syntax
- Advanced Excel including pivot tables
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Team collaboration and cross-functional work experience
