Job Summary
Senior Sales Operations Analyst responsible for analyzing internal and external sales data, identifying trends, and delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership. Collaborates across functions to prepare accurate reports (sales performance, financial health, market trends, ROI analysis, forecasts), supports the annual budget process, and designs/maintains standard reporting formats. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience turning complex data into concise presentations, and the ability to work in a collaborative, small-team environment. Hybrid work arrangement in Nashville with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ sales analysis, financial analysis, or accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis or hypothesis-driven problem solving) preferred
- Knowledge of sales performance management preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
