Job Summary
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for data flow, compilation, analysis, and visualization of Sales and Financial information for sales leaders and reps. This role involves managing and improving processes related to data transformation and reporting, utilizing SQL Server or Python for data compilation and creating Tableau data sources. Key responsibilities include managing Tableau dashboards, understanding sales forecasting, and participating in cross-functional projects. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in data analytics or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Occasional domestic travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of work experience related to data analytics, data management, data transformation, and data visualization related to Sales and Operations data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field with some experience in computer programming.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and Tableau (or similar data visualization tool).
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and managing Tableau data sources.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to analyzing complex problems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and process improvement skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics
