Job Summary
Source and onboard qualified customers while conducting detailed credit assessments to determine loan eligibility. Process applications accurately, ensure full documentation compliance, and actively pursue assigned monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. Maintain customer relationships post-disbursement by monitoring performance, following up on repayments, and identifying early warning signs of default to implement recovery strategies. Keep Portfolio at Risk below 5% and provide ongoing financial guidance throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years experience in sales, lending, microfinance, or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and disbursement targets
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of credit assessment and risk management
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in loan recovery or collections is an added advantage
