Job Summary
Senior Sales Officer at Louis Dreyfus Company responsible for promoting and selling a premium oil portfolio (sunflower, groundnut, rice bran) across 4–6 districts with monthly volumes above 150 MT. Lead and supervise 4–6 Sales Representatives or Distributor Salesmen; cultivate distributor relationships in metro markets; develop key Horeca accounts; build and negotiate relationships with SROs and A-Class outlets; drive value-based selling, shelf space, and promotional visibility; and serve as a pipeline for future Area Sales Manager roles. Strong Excel skills and fluent Hindi and English are required; experience in managing distributors, retail relationships, and multi-market sales strategy is essential.
