Job Summary
Guide and develop commercial teams to drive strategic growth across the innovative portfolio by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. Execute strategic sales plans, support and coach sales professionals, and collaborate across divisions to deliver exceptional customer value while expanding market share. Drive business growth through market analysis, pipeline management, and cross-functional partnerships, leveraging industry-leading technologies to help customers make breakthrough discoveries. Maintain the highest standards of integrity and customer focus while ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 12 years of sales experience, and 2-3 years in sales management. 40-60% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12 years of sales experience
- 2-3 years in sales management role
- Life Sciences, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Business-related field
- Deep understanding of life sciences, life sciences supply chain/logistics
- Ability to travel 40-60% of time to support team and customers
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with Miller-Heiman or other strategic selling methodologies
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, Quality Systems and training requirements are met in line with business need
