Job Summary
Direct and oversee all aspects of corporate group sales and account management to ensure a luxury, five-star standard of hospitality. Curate corporate event proposals and client site inspections that reflect the hotel's unique identity, showcasing art and design elements. Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless event execution, accurate billing, and rapid room turnaround. Lead, mentor, and train a diverse sales administration team while managing group sales goals, revenue pipelines, and contractual commitments. Track and communicate corporate client feedback to drive continuous improvement. Uphold rigorous safety, data security, and confidentiality protocols for all sales operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and significant leadership experience in luxury hospitality sales. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to support 24/7 operations; physically active role requiring extensive site inspections.
Required Qualifications
