Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager (Team Leader) in UAE to lead a regional team of account executives, drive go-to-market strategy, and build executive relationships with premier partners and end-users. You will mentor the sales team, expand the UAE channel, drive regional revenue from direct and indirect sales, oversee enterprise deals and renewals, align with marketing on campaigns, and represent Genetec at industry events. Candidates should have a strong leadership track record, strategic hunter mentality with coaching instinct, and deep experience in channel networks within the IP physical security, VMS, or enterprise software sectors. Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong asset. Education in Business or Engineering and 12+ years of indirect international sales experience with 5+ years leading technical sales teams are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of indirect international sales experience
- 5+ years of leading and managing technical sales teams
- established UAE market experience and regional network
- proven track record in IP physical security, VMS, or technical IT enterprise software sectors
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong asset
