Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager based in Amsterdam, responsible for expanding and developing adlicious’s agency business in the Netherlands and international markets (Benelux, UK, Nordics) by winning new clients for our digital advertising services. Lead the creation and presentation of sales materials and tailored solutions, qualify potential customers, collaborate with other departments, and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities. Represent the company to external stakeholders, refine sales processes, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales goals. Requires strong online sales experience in digital advertising, excellent presentation and communication skills, the ability to convey technically complex products to clients, and a proactive, independent work style.
Required Qualifications
- Profound online know-how, experience in sales of online products, preferably in digital advertising
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire customers
- High goal and result orientation, closing confidence
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain technically complex products to customers in an understandable manner
- Ability to conduct thorough and structured research
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset to achieve and exceed goals
- Being able to work independently
