Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager (MICE & Catering) responsible for handling local social catering opportunities for the property and achieving catering revenue goals. Oversees Catering Sales associates on-property, negotiates and closes local catering and social business, up-sells packages and creative F&B offerings, and ensures turnover to service delivery. Builds revenue through proactive sales, develops promotions, designs catering events, manages budgets and forecasting, and maintains brand/service standards while coordinating with sales, operations, and F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
