Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry with exposure to entertainment and sports segments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively, with a focus on entertainment and sports clients
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
